Just like how not all skills fit on a resume – to steal your owl cake’s message – not all perks (or downsides) of a job fit on a job ad.

Congrats on the high retention rate by the way, that’s impressive!

You the hirer, get to engage with both the professional-dress-pant-wearing persona of potential applicants as well as the this-is-what-I’ve-been-up-to reality of those applicants. Add to that the ability for applicants to approach the company in a much more comfortable setting (I know I get nervous during interviews). Finally, we (the people) get to see much of it happen creating a deeper bond with the brand. Such a different and wonderful world we live in now.
