Login Early to Participate
So many of you are interested that we completely overbooked the event. Please accept our pardons in advance but only the first 1000 registrants to sign-in on April 14th will gain access to the the first webinar – even if you are registered. We simply underestimated the demand and the abilities of the webinar host but we’re here to fix the situation.
More Sessions and Recording
To ensure everyone can participate in the online learning, we are scheduling additional sessions in time zones more conductive to HootSuite users on other continents (we heard you UK and Australia) and will record the webinars and post on the blog so you can reference the content from the live webinar. Further, we have a variety of other educational tools coming shortly to share the HootSuite tips and tactics.
What Time is It?
Many of you asked us to clarify the time and time zone. We scheduled the webinar to start from Vancouver, Canada (PST/PDT) at 12pm (Noon) Pacific Daylight Time (GMT/UTC -7). Here are some times to help you coordinate: 1pm MDT, 2pm CDT, 3pm EDT. If you are living in a timezone that doesn’t line up with the scheduled webinar time, we’ll work towards accommodating your requests. Here’s a Time Zone resource.
Localized Numbers & Audio
We also heard that some registrants did not receive a localized dial-in number. If so, please re-register and remember to add your city and country to get a local dial-in number. Keep in mind that you can also access the webinar audio through computer speakers or headphones. Also, you do not require a microphone for the webinar if you are a participant.

Was going to try and be a hero… but the brain sort of gives up round about 11pm. So catch-up is soooo much better.
How do I sign up for today’s webinar?
Could have given more of a heads up on this. I don’t appreciate my making a commitment of my time for two weeks in advance then you pulling a switcheroo at the last minute.
Not a great way to do business, in my opinion.
Will the webinars be transcribed? There are Deaf users of Hootsuite and I am one of them. Please let me know!
Hello,
I was unable to log in until about ten minutes after the webinar start due to work issues. Once I got there, the session was full. Having used gotomeeting many times as an admin, I know recording capabilities for delivery later is possible. Please tell me this is the case with this session and point me to the link !!! Love HootSuite and cant wait to hear more about the new features.

I’m seeing plenty of start times above, but how long does each webinar run (what is the end time)?
The ‘No sign-up required, will post link here’ text should be more prominent! I missed it first read and have now scheduled in for the 21st show.. it was only when I was about to give up entirely that I noticed the encores will be linked to later on today! Also, when is the link going to be posted, and how long is the webinar exactly? A bit messy this sadly..
I agree with Gary here, why don’t you just post the link to the last webinar so we can watch it in our own time?
