B2C

B2C stands for business-to-consumer and refers to transactions between a business and an individual consumer. For example, a person ordering a book on Amazon is a B2C transaction.

B2C transactions are strictly between a business and an individual, while B2B (or business-to-business) transactions are between two businesses.
