Since Apple’s privacy changes earlier this year, Apple users have been able to opt-out of being tracked by their iOS apps, which has made ad targeting more difficult on Facebook. In response, Facebook has added new tools to Business Suite to help businesses continue to advertise effectively on the platform. These tools include:
- A unified Inbox which allows businesses to manage emails and send remarketing emails
- a new File Manager for creating, managing, and posting content
- a split-testing feature that will allow businesses to test different versions of a post to see which one is most effective
