Jack Dorsey, co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Twitter and founder of Bluesky, has decided to step down from his role as CEO at Twitter.
Dorsey will remain on the board of directions until his term ends at the 2022 meeting of stockholders.
Parag Agrawal has been appointed as the new CEO and a member of the board, effective immediately.
