Dynamic Ads are ads that highlight a personalized selection of your content library that’s uniquely appealing to each viewer.

More specifically: If someone comes across an ad for your service in their feed, they can swipe through the ad to view titles from your content library that have been specifically selected for them, based on their activity and interests across Facebook and Instagram. 

Prior to this Dynamic Ad option, Facebook advertisers would have had to promote each title in their content library separately. Now, you can just set your campaign and add new titles there that will then be targeted to the right audience.
