Financial services is becoming a very active industry on social media. Twitter has become a primary tool for sharing industry insight in real-time. Though many banks and financial services organizations are busy tweeting, it is individual thought leaders that provide some of the most up-to-date financial services news and analysis.

Here are 10 financial services leaders you should follow on Twitter:

Jack Salzwedel

Jack Salzwedel is the Chairman and CEO of American Family Mutual Group. He is a social CEO, tweeting about himself and his interests as much as he does about the company.

Joseph A. LaVorgna

Joseph is the Managing Director and Chief US Economist at Deutsche Bank. His Tweets, often more on the technical side of financial services, have attracted over 10,000 followers.
